Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist based in Switzerland.

We are looking for an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist to transform learning strategies into practical, AI-powered solutions that improve how people access and use knowledge. In this remote contract role, you will combine artificial intelligence, workflow automation, knowledge management, and learning design to build scalable enablement experiences. You will prototype AI-supported resources, streamline onboarding, and develop systems that make learning more accessible and efficient. Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will turn emerging needs and open-ended ideas into practical solutions. You will have the autonomy to experiment with new technologies, improve existing processes, and implement initiatives from concept to launch. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive, systems-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems in a global, asynchronous-first environment.

Accountabilities:

As an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist, you will develop and maintain AI-powered learning solutions, optimize knowledge management processes, and ensure that learning systems operate efficiently. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and translate learning objectives into accessible, automated, and scalable experiences.

  • Research AI-powered approaches to learning and enablement, evaluating opportunities and recommending practical solutions aligned with organizational goals.

  • Prototype learning resources and automated workflows using Claude and other relevant AI tools, turning successful experiments into reliable, usable solutions.

  • Develop and launch learning initiatives from initial concept through implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage and optimize asynchronous onboarding processes to deliver a smooth, consistent, and largely automated experience for new team members.

  • Structure, organize, and maintain learning knowledge repositories to ensure information is accurate, accessible, trustworthy, and up to date.

  • Automate learning administration tasks, including enrolments, reminders, progress tracking, and reporting across learning systems.

  • Maintain and improve learning platforms and collaboration tools, including Sana LMS, Notion, and Claude, ensuring they remain reliable and easy to use.

  • Create clear, practical learning materials when needed, including short learning modules, guides, documentation, and digital resources.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand learning needs, identify operational challenges, and design effective enablement solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, simplify workflows, and improve the overall learner experience through AI and automation.

  • Work independently to investigate ambiguous problems, establish priorities, and deliver solutions without requiring step-by-step instructions.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of learning systems and workflows, incorporating feedback and refining solutions to improve usability and efficiency.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge management capabilities with hands‑on experience using AI tools and workflow automation. You should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, connecting systems and processes, and designing solutions that prioritize the needs of learners while delivering measurable operational improvements.

  • Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge, including structuring information, maintaining accurate documentation, and making resources easy to discover and use.

  • Practical, hands‑on experience building solutions with AI tools, alongside a genuine curiosity about emerging AI capabilities and their applications.

  • Experience with workflow automation tools and confidence working with technical systems, integrations, and process optimization.

  • A systems-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand dependencies, connect workflows, troubleshoot problems, and follow through to implementation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn broad objectives, incomplete requirements, or ambiguous ideas into actionable plans.

  • A learner-focused approach, with an understanding of how people access information, develop skills, and engage with learning experiences.

  • Ability to create clear, concise, and engaging learning content, guides, documentation, and internal communications.

  • Strong written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in asynchronous remote environments.

  • A proactive and independent working style, with the initiative to identify opportunities, test ideas, and deliver practical solutions.

  • Experience in learning and development, human resources, employee enablement, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to collaborate across functions, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:
  • Fully remote working environment, with a distributed team operating across multiple countries and time zones.

  • Contract engagement offering the opportunity to contribute to innovative AI-powered learning initiatives.

  • Significant autonomy to experiment with AI tools, develop new workflows, and bring ideas from concept to implementation.

  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee learning, knowledge accessibility, and operational efficiency.

  • Collaboration with an international team representing diverse cultures, disciplines, and professional backgrounds.

  • High-trust, feedback-oriented work environment that encourages continuous improvement and collaborative problem-solving.

  • Opportunities for professional growth through hands‑on responsibility, mentorship, and exposure to emerging technologies.

  • The opportunity to help shape scalable learning practices within a growing, technology-driven organization.
