Job summary

mobilezone ag is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer to lead a virtual team of AI agents and deliver production-ready software for commerce, MVNO, and service platforms. Based in Rotkreuz, you will shape the future of our engineering culture and work on cutting-edge agentic development projects.

You will collaborate in agile sprints, drive AI-powered solutions, and orchestrate integrations with key business systems, with a strong emphasis on quality, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of professional software development experience.
• Strong TypeScript knowledge and modern API architectures.
• Hands-on with AI agents and AI-powered development platforms.
• Experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
• Proficient in Jira, GitHub flows, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with databases, cloud tech, and modern architectures.
• Excellent English and communication skills.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve modern platforms for commerce, MVNO, and digital services
• Deliver features across the entire customer journey

Your profile

• At least five years of professional software development experience
• Excellent knowledge of TypeScript, , and modern API architectures
• Demonstrable hands‑on experience developing with AI agents and AI‑powered development platforms
• Experience with agile software development, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Confident use of standard workflows and tools such as Jira, GitHub (pull requests, branching, Actions), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with databases, cloud technologies, and modern software architectures
• A strong focus on quality, with experience in testing and software engineering best practicesVery good and or English skills
