SWISSto12 SA in Lausanne, Switzerland seeks a QC Source Inspector to lead on-site supplier inspections and incoming checks, ensuring hardware and documentation meet contractual, drawing, and quality requirements before acceptance.

You will travel frequently to supplier sites, collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain teams, and ensure traceability, configuration control, and proper use of aerospace standards throughout the inspection process.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in aerospace quality inspection
• Familiarity with AS/EN 9100 or ECSS
• Experience in cleanroom environments
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, travelers
• Strong attention to detail and documentation

Aufgaben

• Perform on-site source inspections at supplier facilities.
• Inspect aerospace hardware for conformance to drawings, specifications, PO and QC requirements.
• Review and validate manufacturing travelers and route cards, ensuring proper sign-offs.
• Verify full material, lot, batch and serial traceability through manufacturing.
• Ensure use of current revisions of procedures, drawings and specifications.
• Verify cleanroom or controlled environment compliance where applicable.
• Support incoming inspections and disposition of non-conforming material.
