Johnson Electric Industrial Manufactory Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on complex manufacturing equipment. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, safety compliance (SUVA, LOTO) and documentation to ensure rapid return to production.

The candidate will work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, applying PLC knowledge and technical manuals to diagnose faults and optimize performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Proficient with PLC logic and electrical schematics.
• Strong reading of drawings and manuals; able to use diagnostic tools.

Aufgaben

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose breakdowns, restore production quickly and document actions taken.
• Follow safety rules (SUVA, LOTO) and maintain 6S in maintenance areas.
• Participate in machine changes and tuning for stable restart and OEE.
• Prepare clear intervention reports with symptoms, causes and actions.
