Job summary

This role targets a Senior Ada Developer ready to advance into a technical leadership position, owning tasks from requirements through validation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Embedded Systems or related field.
• Strong professional experience in Ada software development.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with high-reliability and high-performance software systems.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies and version control tools.
• Strong analytical and structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain high-quality software solutions using Ada.
• Contribute to development of complex, safety-critical systems.
• Take ownership of technical solutions from requirements to validation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to software engineers.
