Zusammenfassung

We are Sourcing Partner, a Swiss procurement consultancy based in Bern, delivering public procurement projects across Switzerland. We are seeking an experienced procurement and project-management professional to join our team and manage procurements in line with BöB/VöB/IVöB.

You will prepare legally compliant tender documents, support client evaluations, craft reports, and run workshops, while collaborating with project managers and specialists. Workplace is Bern, workload 60%-100%.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in purchasing and/or project management.
• Knowledge of public procurement law.
• Initiative, entrepreneurial mindset.
• High communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• IT background is an advantage.
• Good German and French skills.

Aufgaben

• Independent execution (project management) of procurements in compliance with BöB/VöB/IVöB: Preparation of legally compliant and economical tender documents.
• Supporting clients in the evaluation of offers.
• Preparation of reports and decrees.
• Organisation and conduct of workshops and presentations.
• Management of electronic tools (simap.ch, DecisionAdvisor; SuisseOffer).
• Collaboration with the responsible project managers and specialists of clients.
