Assist in preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

Prepare journal entries for technical accounting topics such as equity, stock-based compensation, lease accounting, pensions

Research, evaluate and manage the implementation of new accounting standards

Serves as a company-wide technical accounting point of contact for ad-hoc questions and initiatives.

Provide support to the execution of internal / external audit process.

Provide support in evaluating revenue contracts with customers to ensure compliance with ASC 606

Responsible for developing policies and procedures to support and enhance the quality of our financial reporting

Support the timely and accurate filing of local subsidiaries statutory reporting with support of external advisors

US GAAP expert

Big 4 background

8-15 years' experience in accounting

Big 4 audit firm experience mandatory

CPA or equivalent qualifications preferred

Experience with a public company with international operations is desired

Comprehensive and current understanding of US GAAP, including recently issued accounting pronouncements and SEC reporting principles and regulations

Excellent written communication and presentation skills, including ability to present to senior management

Analytical skills with high attention to detail

Hands on attitude
