Job summary

Qualifications

• Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification in finance/banking.
• Several years of hands-on experience in account opening procedures and formal reviews.
• Excellent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Review and process account openings for legal entities in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Maintain, update, and monitor client data in compliance with legal and bank-specific standards.
• Handle inquiries from various departments regarding client data and onboarding processes.
• Ensure adherence to legal regulations (CDB, QI/FATCA, AEOI).
• Perform regular data quality checks and data cleansing activities.
• Support development and optimization of data management processes.
