Responsibilities include order placement, handling of client requests, execution of trades and providing administrative support to the team.## **YOUR CHALLENGE****Client Administration & Management*** Supports the RM and team in client interaction in all respects* Responds to incoming calls and takes prompt action* Maintains and updates records of client instructions, details, and preferences. Creates system-based reports for the RM* Provides clients with verbal and/or written information and data, giving neither advice nor any statement of opinion as value judgement* Processes orders, trades, transactions, payments placement (outside e-channels) and handles and executes clients’ requests**Business Management*** Organises and follows up client meetings, including logistics and document preparation* Supports the RM in investigations and troubleshooting, maintaining close bank-internal cross-team/unit collaboration**Risk Management*** Full adherence at all times to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations and policies* Acts as the first line of risk defence, through raising concerns, following up on issues and escalating as necessary## **YOUR PROFILE*** Excellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressure* Proactive, friendly, team player and solution-oriented* Impeccable presentation and communication skills* Strong integrity, ethics and risk awareness combined with solid client-focused mindset* Foundational knowledge of financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environment as well as industry awareness* Strong fluency in French and English (oral and written)* Very good MS Office skills* CWMA is a plus
