Aufgaben

• Monitor and strengthen IV&A governance processes, book of work for IV&A pillars and decision support systems.
• Support IV&A senior leadership to drive data-driven decision making with defined deliverables and dashboards.
• Define and own access data standards, definitions and quality controls; manage IV&A SharePoint and knowledge platforms.
• Partner with IT, analytics and markets to enable reliable data flows into performance management systems and ensure adoption across countries.
• Design and maintain an enterprise access KPI framework, book of work across pre-launch, launch, post-launch and LoE.
• Lead annual budgeting for IV&A and track spend vs outcomes across HEOR, Pricing, TA Access, Access Excellence; support business cases and trade-offs.
• Build a culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement with cross-functional partners.
• Operate effectively in a matrix organization with cross-functional alignment to priorities.
• Ensure ethics, risks, and compliance per company policies.

Position Purpose:

The Access Excellence Director is part of Access excellence organization responsible for enabling access performance, raising the bar for how access is planned, executed and measured. Leads IV&A data management, analytics strategy, performance management enablers in partnership with other V&A teams, regions, priority countries and other cross-functional teams as applicable.

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence & continuous improvement in execution across International & key markets. Access Excellence director serves as single point of contact for annual budget management, process excellence, defining book of workIV&A governance processes, SoPs & knowledge management platforms

This role ensures high data integrity, disciplined KPI management, systematic best practice sharing, effective budget stewardship, enabling predictable, high quality access outcomes.

Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and strengthen IV&A governance processes, book of work for IV&A pillars and decision support systems. Accountable for driving operational excellence, building and running a robust access performance & governance process.
• Support IV&A senior leadership to drive data driven decision making using deliverables defined as per IV&A book of work, access KPIs and dashboards.
• Define and own access data standards, definitions & quality control measures aligned with Enterprise data management guidelines. Ownerships of IV&A sharepoints and other knowledge management platforms
• Partner with IT, analytics and markets to enable reliable data flows into performance management systems and enable adoption across countries. Act as single point of accountability for “one source of access data”
• Design and maintain an enterprise access KPI framework, book of work across pre-launch, launch, post-launch & LoE. Embed KPI led decision making into access leadership forums & governance process
• Lead annual budgeting process for IV&A, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities. Track spend vs outcomes, analytics across IV&A pillars e.g. HEOR, Pricing, TA Access, Access Excellence. Support business cases and investment decisions, trade offs with respect to budgets.
• Build a strong culture of accountability, learning and continuous improvement in collaboration with cross functional partners (HEOR, Pricing, TA Access, Access Excellence, Finance etc)
• Effectively work in matrix organization: balancing cross-functional perspectives and alignment with business priorities against available resources.
• Ensure appropriate Ethics, Risks, compliance procedures are followed as per company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Must have’s:

• 8+ years of experience in value & access roles and / or Operational excellence roles / Access Operations roles
• 2+ years International or regional experience in operational excellence, access roles
• Proven experience building KPI frameworks, access governance process, dashboards
• Strong understanding of access data & systems and governance models
• Experience managing budgets
• High comfort operating in matrixed, global environments

Preferred:

• 7+ years of experience in value & access roles with experience in Access operations
• MBA, Ph.D., M.D. or RPh
• 5+ years International markets or regional experience
