Product Manager — PNT Field Trials (Montreal)
Job summary
A leading navigational intelligence company in Montreal is seeking a Product Manager to manage early customer relationships and lead field trials. This role requires excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as technical fluency in GNSS and PNT technologies. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in product management or engineering, preferably in relevant industries. This position offers an opportunity to impact product direction significantly.
Qualifications
- Experience in aerospace, defence, telecommunications, or GNSS industries preferred.
- Confidence in navigating unstructured environments.
- Ability to empathize and build strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage early customer relationships from onboarding to post-trial feedback.
- Lead field trials for PNT services.
- Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
- Work with marketing to craft narratives around customer success.
- Gather intel to inform the broader product roadmap.
