A leading retail supplier in Fredericton seeks an Assistant Store Manager for Back-End Operations to ensure high standards in inventory and customer service. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of leadership experience, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and be proficient in using technology like Microsoft Office, Kronos, and D365. Responsibilities include managing shrink, motivating team members, and driving profitability in the lumber department.
