This position is for a Manager of Building Operations based at the Mississauga Executive Centre
As a Manager of Building Operations within our REMS team, you will be pivotal in working with a commercial office building downtown. You oversee the daily operation and routine maintenance of the building systems and tenant requests. You are driven by customer service and take pride in the quality of work and service delivered by your team. You work well with individuals at all levels, including clients, external vendors, and corporate teams (HR, IT, Leasing, etc.), and you collaborate with the general manager and other on-site management team members. You have a strong track record in leading, managing and successfully carrying out large capital projects and implementing preventive maintenance plans for large commercial assets. You meet and exceed business objectives, ensuring consistent achievement of all KPIs and operational finances. You are forward-thinking and innovative.
