The Operations Manager manages administrative tasks in the branch and handles reporting functions for the Operations Team, ensuring streamlined operations and facilitating informed decision-making.

How you Contribute to Noble's Success
  • Managing Quality Assurance and Branch Administration teams by providing leadership, direction, training and goal setting. Working closely with team members to ensure overall goals are being achieved.
  • Responsible for executing strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Continuously monitoring, analyzing, and reporting metrics to enhance productivity and performance.
  • Collaborating with Inventory Control Manager and Shift Managers to address customer service issues.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators for the Replenishment, Quality Assurance, and Administration functions in the Branch.
  • Identifying cost saving opportunities.
  • Other Duties and responsibilities as required.
Must Haves and Nice to Haves

Must Haves

  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in a management role
  • Completion of post-secondary education in a related field
  • Broad range of experience in project management, business planning, process analysis, and systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills to foster positive relationships with teammates.
  • Ability to produce accurate work as a result of attention to details
