We are seeking an individual with prior or similar successful sales experience working with HNWI clients, C‑level management of public companies, HNWI banking, wealth management, investment groups, investors, angel investors, HNWI sales, securities industry experience, brokerage firms, investment bankers, commercial or HNWI loan brokering, debt/equity structuring, M&A experience, jumbo mortgage brokers, private bankers, trust companies, market makers, offshore firms, luxury realty sales, high ticket sales (yachts, jets, collectible art, etc.), HNWI accounting firms, immigrating specialty firms, hedge fund sales or operations, private equity, or other finance niche lending experience.

We offer generous and lucrative compensation. Account Executives earn an average of 3% in fee income per structured transaction. We lend very significant amounts of money to HNWI clients; compensation is linked to loan size. Clients borrow tens to hundreds of millions, with some requests up to $10 billion USD. We seek candidates comfortable working in this exclusive segment of banking and finance.

With a global client base of this size, earning potential is uncapped. There is no income ceiling, as you earn based on the monetary volume of loans you close with clients, both individual and corporate. SCG originates, processes, underwrites, funds, and services loans. We close and fund loans quickly, offering large origination fees. We can structure larger loans because we do not have regulatory lending limits per client. Most loans range from tens to hundreds of millions, with some requests in the billions; the absolute minimum is $1,000,000 USD.
