• Hourly pay range of $16.75 to $17.00 CAD or the minimum wage in your province of residence, whichever is higher

• Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice
• Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement

• Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed
• Become a true extension of clients' brands by understanding their strategy, tone, and audience

• Demonstrated, high‑level proficiency in English with strong cultural awareness; fluency in additional languages is an asset
• Exceptionally strong written communication skills in English, including spelling, grammar, and clarity
• Must reside in Canada and be legally allowed to work there
• Open and available to work any shift, any day, including weekends
• Professional experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging

• Familiarity with various social platforms and understanding of their nuances
• Interest in content areas such as tech, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism
• Exceptional organizational skills and reliability
• Possession of fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions
• Active Facebook account
