Job summary
A manufacturing firm in Mississauga is looking for a full-time employee to oversee facility operations and manage a team of technicians. Responsibilities include preparing and administering contracts, ensuring maintenance of equipment, and managing budgets. Candidates must have a college diploma and relevant experience, and must be authorized to work in Canada. The position offers a salary of $46.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
- Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service.
- Prepare and administer sales contracts.
- Administer contracts for supplies and services.
- Direct the maintenance and repair of machinery and systems.
- Oversee installation and maintenance of real estate infrastructures.
- Oversee leasing of space and development of marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage operations budget.
- Train staff in operation and maintenance of equipment.
- Resolve product and service related problems.
- Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
Education

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

- Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
- Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems
- Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies
- Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
- Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Resolve product and service related problems
- Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
- Organize and maintain inventory
- 5-10 people
