What The Role Entails: As a Persnal Lines Account Executive with us, you'll dive into a range of responsibilities, including:

· Serving ongoing client needs, providing advice, assessments and solutions.

· Driving new business growth by selling policies to new clients, while retaining existing relationships.

· Innovating lead generation strategies to maintain a constant robust pipeline of prospects.

· Negotiating coverages, rates, and premiums with insurance underwriters to secure optimal solutions for clients.

· Collaborating with internal teams, such as claims and underwriting, to ensure seamless client experiences.

Candidate Qualifications:

Required:

· RIBO License is required*

· Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling personal lines insurance for a brokerage or insurance company

· Experience in a B2B sales environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

· Applied Systems is an asset.

Skill Sets Required:

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Meticulous attention to detail.

· Proven ability to independently generate and close sales leads.

· Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

· The ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
