A leading engineering company in Edmonton is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will assist customers with purchases and repairs of Mechanical Seals, manage orders, and communicate effectively with various departments. To assist John Crane Canada customers with all aspects of purchases and repairs of Mechanical Seals.
Education / Training: Mechanical Technologist / Technician College Diploma preferred
Experience: 2 years of customer service related experience in a manufacturing setting
