As an Account Executive, you will be providing Security Solutions to Property Management Companies and Real Estate Developers across the Greater Toronto and surrounding areas. This role focuses mainly on account management during the first year, transitioning to a 50/50 split between account management and business development in the second year. This position will be reporting to the Sales Manager. The base salary is $70,000 - $85,000 plus commissions.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• $70,000 to $85,000 Base Salary, plus commission
• OTE in the first year is $100,000 +
• OTE in the second year is $150,000 +

• Head Office - Toronto Ontario
• Working from the office with client site visits required

EXPERIENCE, BACKGROUND & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of sales experience selling similar security solutions

• Access control and intrusion system
• IP video surveillance and video management systems
• Telephone entry and intercom systems

• Average revenue by customer $2,000,000 +
• Average length of sales cycle 3 - 12 months

SUPPORT & TRAINING:

• Job Shadowing
• Mentoring
• 1 - week of sales training
