A popular retail store in Kelowna is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to support the store leadership team and ensure an amazing customer experience. This role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and strong skills in communication and team support. Responsibilities include managing store operations, processing sales, and merchandising products. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $18.35 to $21.10 per hour.

As a Hot Topic Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll be a huge part of our success by supporting the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You’ll use your fandom knowledge to help train new recruits and ensure their success, and also support the management team in daily operations and meeting sales targets.

Pay range: $18.35 - $21.10 an hour. Please note that the pay range for this position starts as listed, but other factors such as an individual’s education, location, meeting the minimum job requirements for the role, training and experience, will determine the final salary for potential new hires.
