This isn’t just an administrative role; it’s a critical partnership for someone who thrives on driving initiatives and managing complex operations. You’ll need exceptional organizational skills, unwavering attention to detail, and the ability to proactively navigate and excel within our ambiguous, hyper-growth environment.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with impeccable communication skills, a high degree of discretion, and a proven ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global setting. This unique opportunity allows you to work closely with a visionary leader at the forefront of the cybersecurity industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Executive Support & Coordination: Complex Calendar Management, Travel Management, Communication Liaison, Meeting Preparation & Follow-up, Expense Management, Information Management, Gatekeeping and Prioritization.
• Project Management & Strategic Initiatives: Project Leadership & Coordination, Stakeholder Management, Reporting & Analysis, Process Improvement, Research & Preparation.

• Knowledgeable. You have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment. Working in a founder-led company is a bonus.
• Keen and proactive. You’re the kind of person who thinks outside the box and acts on it. A real go-getter!
• Intuitive. You use your high emotional intelligence to read a room and understand key stakeholders. What’s the best way to get something done? You’ll know.
• Excellent prioritization skills. The to-do list is long; help our Executive Chairman pay the most attention to the things that need the most attention.
• You’re assertive and confident. You’re the kind of person who isn’t scared of a follow-up email.
• Compelling Communicator. You can put together a great presentation and draft an easy-to-follow email.

96,000 - $138,500 a year. We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package that includes a base salary, semi-annual company and individual performance bonuses, equity, and a dedicated professional development budget to support your growth. We also provide a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) match to help you save for the future, along with robust medical, dental, and vision benefits.
