Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high quality, safe, and engaging group classes. You will lead sessions across the programming assigned and help sustain class participation.

You will promote Club services, follow operating procedures, stay current with new releases, and arrive on time. A current CPR-A and AED certification and a relevant certification are required.

• Must have a relevant certification to be considered.
• Must have current CPR-A and AED to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provides high quality, safe and enjoyable instruction across all Group Fitness classes.
• Promotes and supports Group Experience programming to increase member engagement.
• Shares guidance about Club services to meet members' needs during classes.
• Follows all class operating procedures and encourages members to book the next class.
• Sources/downloads class music for use when teaching.
• Reviews workout plans and scripting to ensure smooth and accurate class delivery.
• Stays up to date with education or changes in programming.
• Arrives on time to ensure classes start promptly.
