Job summary

Apptoza Inc. in Toronto, ON is seeking an experienced Zscaler Engineer / Network Engineer to deploy, configure and operate Zscaler security solutions across our network. You will work on ZIA and ZPA and collaborate with cloud and security teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with ZIA/ZPA, strong troubleshooting, and is comfortable documenting configurations and processes while providing knowledge transfer to support teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ZIA and ZPA is required.
• Strong background in network engineering and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Zscaler services across the network, including ZIA and ZPA.
• Provide expert-level support for Zscaler solutions, including complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and resolve network-related problems.
• Monitor Zscaler service performance to ensure optimal operation and availability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configurations, procedures, and support guidelines.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to users and support teams as needed.
• Support operational aspects of Zscaler solutions, including incident response and problem management.
• Assist with lifecycle management of network security projects, including new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with network engineers, security architects, and cloud teams to ensure successful delivery and support of security initiatives.
