Job summary

Impact Clients is seeking a skilled writer to ideate, script, and QC YouTube videos for two channels. You’ll produce at least four scripts weekly, defend your ideas, and tailor copy for a US audience with direct-response sensibility.

This is a remote, contractor role with a clear feedback loop: you’ll work with the Head of YouTube and editors, own the scripting system, and be evaluated on views, retention, and outliers. Compensation ranges from $2,000 to $5,000 USD per month.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native English copywriting for YouTube, with direct-response focus.
• Ability to ideate and defend video concepts, formats, and hooks.
• Experience scripting for YouTube channels aimed at a US audience.

Responsibilities

• Ideation: generate concepts, angles, and formats and filter for impact.
• Scripting: write four scripts per week for two channels with a systematic method.
• Video quality control: provide timestamped notes and collaborate with editors and thumbnail designer.
• Collaboration: work with Head of YouTube and editing team in a remote setup.
