Job summary

Highlands YFC | Youth Unlimited is seeking a full-time Youth Worker to directly minister to youth and implement programs across Highlands Region Centres, including Fergus, Grand Valley, Huntsville and Orangeville.

The role requires 0–5 years of experience, a willing heart for fundraising and outreach, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Salary ranges from CAD 34,500 to CAD 37,000 with missionary funding support and benefits.

About Youth Unlimited YFC Highlands

We simply want to be there ... a trusted friend, to come alongside youth and help them sort it out. A Youth Worker plays a key role in developing and maintaining programs for youth, building community partnerships and staying connected to the youth. We need Youth Workers in most Highlands Region Centres. Specifically, we are looking for new Youth Workers in Fergus, Grand Valley, Huntsville & Orangeville.

This is a full time position (35-40 hours/week). The starting salary range for this staff position is $34,500 to $37,000. It is determined on a scale based on education and experience (0-5 years) and is 100% funded on a missionary basis - requiring the gathering of a personal support team to cover the salary.
