The Opportunity
  • Oversee staff in the development and implementation of urban, community and rural programming based on demonstrated need and program objectives as outlined in the deliverables of funding contracts, community plans and individual goal plans.
  • Provide supervision and direction for youth.
  • Collaborates with other CSFS team managers to facilitate an inter-professional approach to providing services to youth.

What You Will Bring To The Role

Wage Range

The target hiring range for this position is $46.6909 to $60.4660 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicant’s role-specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.

Please note that this is a term position ending March 31, 2026 and is not eligible for employee benefits.
