Job summary

A local government entity in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Recreation Program Coordinator to develop and administer recreation programs for children aged 5-13. This is a seasonal role with flexible hours from the end of August to June.

Qualifications

• Two years’ recent experience in recreation programming for ages 5-13.
• Experience in supervision of staff and volunteer management.
• Proven leadership experience and training development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct various recreation programs for children aged 5-13.
• Supervise program staff and manage administrative tasks.
• Conduct evaluations and maintain a record of expenditures.
