CorePower Yoga, LLC is hiring a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience for the community. You will build a high-performing team, drive membership growth, and align with CorePower's values and policies.

In this role you will manage schedules, recruit and train staff, ensure safety and cleanliness, and partner with district leadership to achieve studio and company goals.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in studio manager or leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience required; 200HR cert preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on growth and KPI targets.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio.
• Lead teaching team and Studio Coordinator(s) operations.
• Grow membership through local sales collaboration and initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff to meet class counts.
• Meet targets for membership, revenue, class count, attendance and retention.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with analytics to optimize schedule for community needs.
• Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team.
