Job Summary

This position performs general yard quality control. This position will be responsible for maintaining adequate egress in and around the yard. They will work directly with shifters and drivers in preparation of trailers for staging and dispatch to customer locations and general equipment flow. This position may include other work as directed.

• Prepare work zone with suitable equipment in accordance with current guidelines.
• Assist with organizing specified set‑up.
• Check the quantity and condition of delivery units.
• Fill out documentation or records and validate information on the appropriate media (i.e., yard check).
• Clean work environment during or after operations.
• Report any malfunctions to the supervisor.

The position requires lifting up to 70lbs unassisted.

Position will include the use of heavy machinery. This is for a shift starting at 16:00, Monday to Friday.
