What You’ll Be Doing

• Service and light repairs of machines
• Organize equipment in the yard
• Maintain clean physical facilities
• Help loading and unloading equipment
• Check equipment for damage upon return, report damage and fill out service tags for all returned equipment
• Always willing to offer a helping hand with your co‑workers

Qualifications And Requirements

• Valid class 5 or 7 driver’s license with a clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract (no more than 3 demerit points) is an asset. You’ll be required to provide a copy of your updated driver’s abstract upon request
• Self‑starter, very customer‑service oriented and works well in a team environment
• Experience with, or knowledge on construction equipment an asset
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with strict deadlines
• Comfortable with computers
• Must be able to lift up to approximately 50 lbs. (job aids available for certain types of equipment)
• Mechanical aptitude is an asset
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Excellent problem‑solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with colleagues, customers and other parties in a professional and courteous manner
