Job summary

Arrow Workforce Solutions is hiring a Yard Controller for a busy distribution facility in Calgary, AB. The role involves monitoring yard activities, coordinating trailer movements, and maintaining a safe outdoor work environment.

Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting and be able to work any of the listed shifts. We offer full-time hours with rotating schedules (5:00 AM–4:30 PM, 6:00 AM–5:30 PM, 1:30 PM–12:00 AM) and strong safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in yard, warehouse, logistics, or material-handling is an asset.
• Able to work outdoors in yard environment.
• Capable of heavy lifting and physical work.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work any listed shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate activities within the yard.

Yard Controller

Location: Calgary, AB

Pay Rate: $18.75/hour

Job Type: Full-Time

We are currently hiring Yard Controllers for a busy distribution facility in Calgary. The successful candidates must be flexible and willing to work any of the available shift schedules.

Available Shifts:

• 5:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Schedules may include Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday or Wednesday-Thursday-Saturday rotations.
