Job summary

WellHealth Diagnostics Centres in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, seeks a skilled X-Ray Technologist to perform diagnostic X-ray procedures. The role welcomes part-time and casual shifts in addition to full-time work, and CAMRT certification is required.

C-arm experience is an asset as the team supports a broad imaging program. You will join a network of Ontario imaging facilities, contributing to high-quality patient care and continuous education opportunities, with competitive wages and benefits

Qualifications

• Current registration with CAMRT or provincial equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Experience with C-arm procedures is an asset.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer diagnostic x-ray procedures and examinations.
• Maintain all company standards including quality of work and results, test procedures and methodology, turn-around time, confidentiality of results; assist and/or provide training to x-ray as required.
• Ensure patient comfort and confidence in the centre and its staff under the guidance of the clinic leader.
• Prepare reports and answer technical questions as needed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of procedures and standards related to examinations, booking, reporting, equipment, and training.
