Workshop Manager position available in a well established company. This role suits someone looking for an autonomous role in a family run business.

To apply, you need experience managing a production/workshop. The company manufactures high quality and often unique decorative metal products. You must have experience in estimation, responding to tenders and dealing directly with clients.

You will be responsible for overseeing a small team to ensure products are manufactured on time and to order. This involves contact with the clients to understand and help define the brief. You will also provide quotations, schedule work, determine materials and ensure staff are meeting required quality and efficiency standards.
