A leading employment agency is seeking a dedicated individual for the Workplace Services role in Ottawa, Ontario. The successful candidate will coordinate conference room logistics, manage catering setups, and maintain a welcoming workspace. Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bilingual ability in English and French is an asset. This is a full-time position with the possibility of transition to a permanent role.
The members of the Workplace Services team possess a practical body of knowledge that is applied in the delivery of office support. It includes jobs in the areas of procurement, mailroom, concierge, delivery and distribution, reception, hoteling resource management, and facilities management in Ottawa, Ontario. The Workplace Services role draws upon knowledge of the specific function discipline and the organization's business practices, providing services to ensure the organization's safe, efficient, and effective operation.
Standard work schedule 8:30am to 5:00pm with variable schedule depending on needs.
