The Workplace Operations team’s mission is to ensure Robinhood offices run smoothly every day so employees can thrive in a safe, supportive, and well-equipped environment.
As a Workplace Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent on-site experience for our Toronto office by managing workplace programs, office operations, and vendor relationships. You’ll bring operational expertise and a people-first mindset to keep the space clean, functional, and welcoming. From facilities coordination to event planning, you’ll help build a great day-to-day experience for every Robinhoodie!
