As a Power Platform and M365 Developer, you will have the opportunity to assist our clients in the adoption of the Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, AI Builder) at an enterprise level and to contribute to the growth of our Workplace Transformation Team.
Guiding our clients on different ways to employ the Microsoft Power Platform to solve their current business needs while positioning them for future solutions
Using your exposure and knowledge of M365 for integration for Insights, Data Engineering and Analytics
Collaborating with members of the development and architecture teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints
Developing solutions that follow best practices and methodologies to assure effective, maintainable solutions
Participating as an active member of discovery workshops, requirements gathering discussions, documentation development and pre-sales sessions
Training client end-users and junior members of the staff on proper Power Platform development techniques including support for application lifecycle management
Working directly with project managers to support client status reporting and other artifacts
Learning new technologies, and improvements to current technologies, to assist in analyzing their impact on current and future implementations
6+ years designing and deploying applications using Power Platform, MS Teams SDK, C#,SharePoint Online, or similar.
Development and Deployment of multiple Power Platform projects to external organizations leveraging - Canvas Applications, Model Driven Applications and Power Automate solutions, Dataverse, AI Document Process Automation.
Exposure to Power Pages and its customization and deployment
Understanding the deployment and utilization of Power Automate Desktop RPA technologies
Strong experience on Power Bi
Knowledge of the Power Fx language and best practices for developing applications utilizing the platform
Good Understanding of Dataverse
Strong Understanding of Azure AI services, Logic Apps, Ai Builder
Understanding the various data connectors and their licensing model(s)
Demonstrated experience for best practices of developing applications utilizing the platform
Understanding the various data connectors and their licensing model(s)
Understanding of Power Platform governance and security concepts and how to implement them
Strong verbal and written communication skills to include direct client interaction, training of client staff in the utilization of the platform tools, and the production of documentation
Experience mentoring other developers and team members on the proper techniques and skills required to develop within the platform
Strong Experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services and its integration with the M365 suite
Experience deploying and maintaining the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE)
Experience with Azure services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus and understanding the role in potential automation solutions
Experience developing PCF controls and their installation/configuration
Experience with Azure DevOps and its integration into the Power Platform
Exposure to Microsoft Graph along with the data and services powered by it
Exposure to AI concepts including creation and utilization of custom models
Exposure to Copilot Studio (PVA) and their development/deployment
Strong interest in the development of AI/ML powered data solutions that are integrated with M365, External Systems
The typical pay range for this role in Ontario is $91,200 to $108,000
Calgary is $91,200 to $114,000
Texas is $101,600 to $127,000
Chicago is $101,600 to $ 127,000
Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors, including prior experience and geographic location.
In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances, annual bonus, or commissions etc.), as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
