TD in Edmonton, Alberta, is seeking an Enterprise Real Estate Workplace Ambassador to enhance the office experience. You’ll be moving across floors, keeping shared spaces polished, and sparking colleague engagement throughout the day.

You’ll support colleagues with on-the-floor guidance, manage café operations and event setups, and help maintain a welcoming environment across multiple floors with hands-on tasks including furniture arrangement and room setups.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in office administration, hospitality, workplace services, or similar.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hospitality mindset with proactive, adaptable, service-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and people skills for engaging with colleagues across levels.
  • Comfort working in a high-visibility, dynamic corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Elevate shared spaces by keeping cafés, coffee stations, and meeting rooms guest-ready.
  • Own café and coffee operations—inventory management and restocking supplies.
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming environment with clean, organized spaces.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are ready with timely setups and resets.
  • Run regular floor checks and coordinate cleaning, maintenance, or repairs as needed.
  • Be a go-to on-the-floor resource for colleagues and provide real-time support.
  • Help colleagues navigate spaces, seating zones, and hubs.
  • Partner with teams across the business to support workplace needs.
  • Assist in coordinating enterprise events and campus programming.
  • Move and arrange flexible furniture to layout specifications.
  • Welcome visitors and provide friendly wayfinding and support.
  • Submit and track facility and technology service requests.
  • Potentially serve as Fire Warden or First Aid Representative (training provided).

What You’ll Do
Elevate Shared Spaces
  • Bring our spaces to life by keeping cafés, coffee stops, inclusive spaces, and meeting rooms guest-ready throughout the day
  • Own café and coffee operations - managing inventory, restocking supplies, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes
  • Maintain a polished, welcoming environment by keeping spaces clean, organized, and consistently stocked
  • Ensure meeting rooms are always ready to go with timely setups, resets, and proactive floor walkthroughs
  • Spot and solve issues before they’re noticed - conducting regular floor checks and coordinating cleaning, maintenance, or repairs as needed
Support the Workplace Experience
  • Be a go-to, on-the-floor resource for colleagues—offering real-time support, guidance, and problem-solving
  • Help colleagues navigate the space with ease, from finding workstations to understanding seating zones and hubs
  • Partner with teams across the business to support day-to-day workplace needs
  • Create a welcoming, approachable presence that makes colleagues feel supported and taken care of
Drive Colleague Engagement
  • Help bring workplace moments to life - supporting in-office programming, enterprise events, and surprise-and-delight experiences
  • Assist with event execution, including setup, catering coordination, and on-the-day support
  • Ensure spaces are thoughtfully prepared before, during, and after events to deliver a seamless experience
  • Act as a porter, moving flexible furniture in shared spaces and setting up rooms to layout specifications.
Keep Operations Running Smoothly
  • Welcome visitors and provide friendly wayfinding and support
  • Submit, coordinate and track facility and technology service requests
  • Optional: step into additional roles such as Fire Warden or First Aid Representative (training provided)

  • Ability to lift and move supplies (up to 50 lbs) as needed
