  • Prepare outbound paperwork and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with customer service to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Ensure complete and accurate information is communicated to the next shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Schedule - G Shift: Monday to Thursday from 4:30PM-3:00AM
Position Summary

The Workflow Planner is responsible for maintaining the continuous flow of product from vendors to customers, specifically across the picking, shipping, and receiving functions of the facility. This role ensures product safety, quality, and legality while coordinating daily operations and supporting customer service and inventory accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Schedule all inbound and outbound orders in company systems.
