Responsibilities

• Represent PHC in provincial Workday implementation, HCM policy, and transformation activities.
• Participate in design workshops, working groups, testing activities, and implementation planning sessions.
• Gather and document PHC business requirements, operational processes, and system considerations.
• Identify and communicate PHC-specific process differences, operational requirements, and risks.
• Coordinate input from People leaders, subject matter experts, and operational stakeholders.
• Assess organizational impacts resulting from future-state process and policy decisions.
• Collaborate with provincial partners, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues and advance deliverables.
• Monitor and report on project risks, decisions, dependencies, and implementation impacts.
• Prepare executive briefings, recommendations, presentations, and leadership updates.
• Support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, and transition planning activities.
• Escalate significant issues requiring leadership awareness, direction, or decision-making.

The salary range for this position is CAD $55.25/Hr. - CAD $79.42/Hr.

Summary

Providence Health Care is seeking aWorkday Transformation Lead to play a key role in the provincial Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation. Working at the intersection of people practices, technology, and organizational change, you will represent PHC's interests while helping shape future-state HR processes and ways of working across the province.As PHC's primary lead for HCM transformation activities, you will collaborate with provincial partners, project teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure PHC's business requirements, operational realities, and strategic priorities are reflected throughout design, testing, implementation, and transition activities. You will translate complex project decisions into meaningful organizational impacts, support executive decision-making, and help prepare the organization for adoption of a new provincial HCM platform and operating model.In this role, you will:

• Serve as PHC's primary representative in provincial Workday and HCM transformation initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison between PHC leaders, subject matter experts, provincial partners, and project teams.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations related to HCM policies, processes, system design, and organizational impacts.
• Coordinate PHC participation in design workshops, testing activities, implementation planning, and change readiness initiatives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, process gaps, and operational considerations that may affect successful implementation.
• Support senior leadership in understanding decisions, trade-offs, and organizational implications associated with the transformation.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Change Management, or a related discipline.
• Project Management, Change Management, Human Resources, or HCM-related certification is considered an asset.
