What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the onshore functional lead for the HCM workstream in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking for assigned accounts
  • Apply and execute various AMS and implementation methodologies in engagements
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create high business impact
  • Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting, business process maintenance, and data audits
  • Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements and ensure timely project deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
  • Certification in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking is required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents and provide best practices
