What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the onshore functional lead for the HCM workstream in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking for assigned accounts
- Apply and execute various AMS and implementation methodologies in engagements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create high business impact
- Maintain the Workday platform with a focus on reporting, business process maintenance, and data audits
- Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements and ensure timely project deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science or Engineering) or equivalent experience
- Certification in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills with the ability to solve complex incidents and provide best practices
