What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the onshore functional lead for HCM workstreams related to Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
  • Collaborate with the GDC team on daily activities, incidents, and root cause analysis
  • Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as needed
  • Develop reporting dashboards to enhance Workday utilization and support business metrics
  • Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements to ensure project deliverables are met on time
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Certification in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and solve complex incidents effectively
