Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Four years of current work experience in HCM Systems, Workforce Reporting and HR Operations.
• Two years Workday full cycle system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical subject matter expert for HCM Data and Systems.
• Develop, collect, analyze and transform workforce data.
• Support technical requirement development and implementation of HR reporting in Workday.
