The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Technologies - Canada team maintains and enhances core business systems that power TELUS Health’s operations across North America, LATAM, Europe and the APAC region. We have integrated 6 entities into Workday in the last two years, and our scope includes system requirements gathering, configuration, security management and integration development. We influence TELUS’s ability to manage its workforce, financial operations and growth through acquisitions, while shaping TELUS future technology landscape through strategic system transitions and integrations.
As a Workday Consultant, you will support and optimize Workday applications across Professional Services Automation (PSA), Finance, and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. You will collaborate with stakeholders across TELUS, including People & Culture and Finance, address Workday change requests, gather critical requirements, and craft solutions through Workday Community research and collaborative brainstorming. You will implement precise configuration updates and produce insightful reports to drive data‑informed decisions within the Workday ecosystem.
