A leading tech company in Montreal is seeking a Workday Analyst, Audit & Reporting. This role focuses on transforming HR data into actionable insights and providing data-driven recommendations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of HR data experience, Workday familiarity, and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. We’re looking for a Workday Analyst, Audit & Reporting to join our Talent Operations, Systems and Insights team. You will transform HR data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making, extracting, highlighting data gaps, analyzing, and visualizing data from Workday and other HR systems. You will collaborate with People Business Partners, leadership, and other stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations that improve HR processes, enhance the employee experience, and support business objectives. This is a 12-month contract position.
