This role emphasizes commission and renewal income, with first-year earnings estimated at 67,000 to 70,000. You can work from anywhere in Canada or the United States, using Zoom for virtual consultations and building relationships with union members, veterans, and families.

• The candidates who really thrive in this role are coachable, dependable, and comfortable speaking with our clients.
• Communicate clearly in writing, over the phone, and through video meetings.
• Enjoy helping people understand important financial and benefit decisions.
• Can manage your own schedule and stay focused without constant supervision.
• Have basic computer skills and are comfortable using Zoom.
• Have sales, customer-service, hospitality, recruiting, or other people-facing experience.

First-year earnings are estimated at $67,000 - $70,000, based on individual sales performance.

What You’ll Do

Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.

Meet with prospective clients through Zoom.

Explain available benefit programs clearly and help clients make informed enrollment decisions.

Serve union members, veterans, working families, and members of established partner organizations.
