As the Woodlands Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and directing forestry operations. Your primary focus will be to ensure efficient and effective management of resources, meeting production goals and maintaining a safe and environmentally conscious work environment. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional challenges.
  • Implement and monitor performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular site visits and provide support to supervisors and team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a positive and safe work culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field, such as Forestry, Natural Resources, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the forestry industry, with a strong understanding of operations and management.
  • At least 5 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating effective leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
