Fred Victor is seeking a Women's Bakery Peer Navigator to support participants in the Employment and Training Services team. This part-time, contract role uses baking as a tool to equip women with practical skills for the working world, under supervision of the Women's Bakery Program Facilitator.

The Community Services (CS) department at Fred Victor is a multi-service, multi-site structure that encompasses the 40 Oak Community HUB and community programs, Employment and Training Services, Drop-Ins, Keep Cool Programs, and Food Services. Additionally, it operates social purpose enterprise with catering and community outreach services and spearheads a significant peer training initiative that prioritizes the involvement of individuals with lived experience. Fred Victor Centre is currently looking for a Women's Bakery Peer Navigator to join the Employment and Training Services team. The Women's Bakery Peer Navigator will work under the supervision of the Women's Bakery Program Facilitator, and as part of the Training and Development team to provide a safe and professional environment encouraging ambition, restoration and second chances. Using baking as a tool, the Women's Bakery Peer Navigator assists in equipping women with practical and transferrable skills for the working world.
