Job summary

Autismservices is seeking a goal‑driven Wireless Team Member to join our Saskatoon team. This full‑time, permanent role focuses on helping customers identify their wireless needs and guiding them to the best technology solutions.

You will engage with customers, stay up‑to‑date on products, and share knowledge with colleagues while maintaining accuracy in transactions and inventory. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience; sales experience an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑resolution skills.
• Comfortable with technology and ability to keep up to date with product knowledge and services.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance to ensure accuracy in transactions, inventory, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to relate to all levels of staff and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Flexible availability, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Due to the nature of the business, there may be times when a team member is required to work alone.
